Our Mission, Vision and Core Values

(a) to provide vocational training and meaningful work for adults with developmental disabilities;

(b) to engage those with developmental disabilities in creating items for gift baskets to be sold at retail and in assembling and delivering these baskets;

(c) to partner with other companies that employ adults with developmental disabilities in providing items for gift baskets;

(d) to educate the public through social media about the positive contribution that employees with developmental disabilities can have in a business; and

(e) to engage in other activities that promote the dignity and employability of those with developmental disabilities.

Our Vision is to become a major employer of adults with developmental disabilities in North Atlanta by providing exceptional gifts for our customers.

Our Core Values are that we presume competence in the Basketeers and believe that everyone has something to offer for our business, regardless of ability.
